Courier Processing Time
All orders are processed on the same business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on
weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by
one day. We will contact you via email or telephone if there is a significant delay in sending your
order.

Courier Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with your waybill number(s) once your order has been
dispatched.

Courier Rates and Delivery Estimates
Courier charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We also offer a local
pickup option for customers near our physical store. Select this option at checkout, and we will
notify you when your order is ready for pickup. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to
weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping
We are proud to offer nationwide courier services to our customers. International shipping charges will NOT be calculated and displayed at checkout. You will need to arrange shipping after purchase based on your preferred method. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees not included in the total price at checkout. These charges are the customer's responsibility and must be paid upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Damages
Superb Beauty World is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a
damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials
and damaged goods before filing a claim.
