Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return window, allowing you to return items within 14 days of receipt.


For a return to be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with
tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.


To initiate a return, please contact us. Note that returns should be sent to the address
provided when you contact us.


Upon accepting your return, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions
on how to proceed. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you find any defects, damages, or discrepancies,
contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on custom-made or personalized items, and personal care goods
including hair treatment products. Returns of products rendered unsaleable or damaged are
also not acceptable. Contact us if you have questions about your specific item. Sale items
and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item. Once the return is accepted, make a separate
purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will inform you once your return is received and inspected. If your refund is approved,
you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note
that the bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the
refund.
