Account Purchase(Deposit & Collect)
Deposit and Interest: All account purchases require a 40% initial deposit, with a 20% interest applied to the remaining balance, spread over a 3-month period.
Returns & Cancellations: For returns or cancellations of account purchases, a significant 50% processing fee will be deducted from your initial down payment. This is applicable only when products are returned in their pristine, original condition within a 5-business-day timeframe. Expect the refund process to be completed within 3 business days, not including the day of action.
Exchanges: You are welcome to exchange your acquired item for another product of equivalent or greater value, with additional payment required for items of higher value. However, it’s important to note that exchanges for products of a lesser value are not accepted.
Complaints: Handling complaints related to account purchases can be intricate. Therefore, our support in such instances is limited to providing advice. To prevent any potential financial losses, we strongly recommend consulting with your hairdresser or specialist prior to making an account purchase.
By understanding and following these terms, you ensure a smoother transaction and a better shopping experience with account purchases.
Laybye(Pay-off & Collect)
Initial Deposit and Payment Period: For all layby purchases, a 40% deposit is required, with the remaining balance due within a 2-month timeframe.
Cancellation and Non-Collection Penalties: A 20% fee will be applied for any cancellations of layby agreements. Additionally, a 30% fee will be charged for items not collected within the 2-month period. Both fees are calculated based on the selling price of the product.
Refund Processing Time: In the event of a refund, please expect the process to be completed within 3 business days, not including the day of action.
Post-Collection Complaints: We are committed to addressing any concerns promptly post-collection. Present your receipt and complete a complaint from within 14 days of collection. We assure you that we will work diligently to resolve any issues within the following 7 days.
Exchanges: You are welcome to exchange your purchase for another item of the same or greater value, subject to additional costs for items with a higher value. Exchanges for items of a lesser value, however, are not available.
